Update: Apartment almost ready!

We recently visited and can report that our apartment is almost ready.

Depending on the Christmas holidays and the 3 Kings (which is a long holiday here), we expect the apartment to be available for rental in February or March.

It is also nice to know that the entire Madreselva complex is ready.

That means no construction workers around the pool!

Homes are still being built on the rest of the resort. This means that construction is still underway. The prices also reflect this. But the facilities are all finished.

Swimming pool, lagoon, mini golf, volleyball and beach resort are open and very neat.
